Send to the email address on the card that you received, at least 12 usable pictures of yourself, induding different angles, close-up, etc. (example bellow the "registration form").

Notes: The recruiter that gave you the invitation card can possibly take the pictures if you prefer (depending on the schedule). If you came to this site on your own (without an invitation card), and that you feel that you got the looks, you are welcome to apply for a review, fill the registration form using "000" as the code, we will then send you an email that you can reply to with your pictures.

Here are a few tips:

Location is where you live (specific city, state, or country, can be used. You can also list more than one location.
Will work where can be "locally" "internationally" or you can specify (i.e.: Europe, Caribbean, or be more specific; like a country, even a city.
Contact info will be made public to agencies purchasing your profile, you may want to create an email (or other) specific for this use.
Social Media, you can add your social media account that you would like to promote.

Always monitor your email "spam" folders, depending on your security settings, emails from us, or potential agencies could end up in there.

After we receive your complete form and pictures, we will set-up your profile and send you a test contact to verify that everything works.

Example

We need at least 12 usable pictures, in various settings, various angles, and including one or two face close-ups. The background should not be too crowded. As for the clotting, don't reveal more than what you're comfortable with.
